What is the Pomodoro Technique? This time management technique has users alternate timed study sessions (called pomodoros) with frequent short breaks to encourage focused concentration without mental fatigue.
Step 1: Pick your task. 📝
Step 2: Set a timer for 25 minutes. ⏰
Step 3: Work on your task until the timer goes off. ⌚
Step 4: Take a 5-minute break. ☕
Step 5: Every 4 sessions (pomodoros), take a longer 15 to 30-minute break. 🍵
Use the #pomodoro method as you study for your exams, pass your exams and continue through the program. Your sessions are timed out for you, so there’s no need to set an external alarm! #StudyWithMe will make your studying more engaging, keeping you on task but prompting you to take frequent breaks to prevent exhaustion and fatigue. Don’t stress – you’ve got this!
