Old Fashioned Snickerdoodles
Old Fashioned Snickerdoodle Cookies
For dough:
•2 sticks unsalted butter
•1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
•2 eggs (well beaten)
•1 tsp. Vanilla
•1 tsp. Water
•2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
•1/2 tsp. Salt
•1 tsp. Baking soda
•2 tsp. Cream of tartar
For rolling:
•2 Tbls. Granulated sugar
•2 Tbls. Cinnamon
*Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 9-11 minutes. Take out of over when slightly under done, and edges are just starting to turn golden. Cool and enjoy!
