Quickly load texts into OD table, upload to CSV
1. Create a description of the OD-table for data - ADEDEFDATA.
2. Attach this OD to parcel boundaries with the ODEDIT_ADEATTACHDATA command.
3. Load parcel numbers into the OD field with the ODEDIT_SETTEXT command.
4. Load building numbers in the OD field with the ODEDIT_SETTEXT command.
5. Unload the OD table in CSV using the ODEDIT_EXPL command.
