David Beckham and Brooklyn Beckham signed for the same football team but before you think Brooklyn is going to follow in his famous dad’s soccer superstar footsteps (or football boot steps) think again, because it was all for a great cause.
The pair were playing for the 'Great Britain' Team at Old Trafford in Manchester where David Beckham started his football career and played for Manchester United for 11 years.
Warming up with son Brooklyn at the ‘Theatre of Dreams’, David Beckham actually organized the entire event in aid of his charity ‘7: The David Beckham UNICEF Fund’ (details below).
Brooklyn and David looked to be passing it around nicely before they then got into a warm up game of keep the ball where Brooklyn was given a lesson by the legendary Paul Scholes!
Played in front of 70,000+ fans the match saw Great Britain Versus The Rest of the World. The teams were:
