1.SCALE WITH A REFERENCE
Divide the original measurements by the second number in your ratio. When scaling up, multiply the original measurements the first number.
2.ROTATE WITH A REFERENCE
A special case of a non-inertial reference frame that is rotating relative to an inertial reference frame.
3.GROUP
The selected objects are grouped together into an unnamed group, which is assigned a default name such as *A1.
