In this video, we carried out all the plumbing work needed in this property refurbishment project, including a new boiler and a new central heating system installation, plus all the plumbing for the new kitchen, utility and bathroom area.
We fitted a new Vaillant 938 Storage combi with 3 heating zones.. 2 underfloor heating manifolds and radiators. All controlled by nest thermostats in total.
We also fitted a Stuart turner Mainsboost pump which increases the incoming mains water pressure from 1.5 bar to 3.5bar.. allowing you to have more powerful showers.
All the drainage for the lower part went into the sump pit, and we installed a Saniflos 110 to deal with the waste from the bathroom and the water channels.
