(Chapter markers below) I visited Auctioneer Rafael Schwarz in Vienna: how did he raise the price of a 1635 Old Master painting from 200k to 7m Euro - making the previous owner a millionaire. The work was Frans Francken II's "Man Having to Choose between the Virtues and Vices".
