Meet C.K. Ashok Kumar, an inspirational figure, mentor, educationalist, and social worker. Ashok Sir is not only deeply influential in my life but also a pivotal force in continuing the legacy of his father, the legendary Chinni Krishnan.

Chinni Krishnan, a visionary agriculturist from Tamil Nadu, revolutionized the consumer goods market in India by inventing the sachet packaging system. This innovation made everyday products like shampoo and talcum powder affordable and accessible to millions, reshaping the landscape of rural and urban markets alike. His dream was simple yet profound: to ensure that what the rich can afford, the common man should too. Though Chinni Krishnan passed away in 1979 before seeing the full impact of his innovation, his legacy lives on through his sons.

C.K. Ashok Kumar and his brothers, particularly C.K. Ranganathan, took up their father's mantle. They introduced Velvette Shampoo in sachets, which became an instant hit. Ranganathan, inspired by his father's vision, founded CavinKare, a company that has become a giant in the FMCG sector with popular brands like Chik Shampoo, Nyle, and Cavin.

Now, Ashok Sir and I are embarking on a new journey together, launching the educational revolution known as BoostEd Asia. This initiative aims to transform education across Asia, advocating for reforms in the Indian entrance examination system and making quality education accessible to all. We are calling on everyone to join this revolution and make a difference in the lives of students across the continent.
