Jamster was a company founded in the year 2000. They specialised in adding custom ringtones. In 2005 they added Crazy Frog ( The Annoying Thing) to the roster and the character blew up. He had 3 albums and 7 music videos, he even joined VEVO. When Crazy Frog eventually died off in 2012, his ringtone was pulled from the Jamster website. Soon after, EE and GiffGaff users started to get messages stating that the user had signed up to a weekly 3 ringtone subscription, when most of the users did not even know who or what Jamster was. To this day, people do not trust Jamster.
