GTA Online Prison Break Heist INVISIBLE Rashkovsky Bug [OFFICIAL SOLUTION BY R*] 2021
Hey guys. The solution was already mentioned in the Rockstar Support ticket and in the description of the previous video. Anyway, I send you recording how I did this heist with my friend AcidBurn4, avoiding the INVISIBLE RASHKOVSKY BUG.
I recommend Insurgent as this car can TAKE a lot of damage :) I know about this mistake. Sorry.
PROBLEM:

POLICE CHASING BUG // NO POSSIBILITY TO EVADE THE POLICE
I also included the way how to deal with another bug that occurs while evading the police inside the Velum plane.
It happens when the pilot flies the plane far away from the Demolition crewmate and despite the plane altitude the stars are not disappearing and the police still see the player.
When pilot flies really high it still does not matter, because police helicopters respawn behind the players' plane and they have a vision on the players. The helicopters are often not even shown on the minimap. We have discovered it in the same take we recorded.
SOLUTION:
The solution is simple, join your demolition crewmate so he takes the aggro of the police helis and then fly away with the plane. Helicopters must chase Buzzard guy, not the plane in order to proceed further with the heist. Buzzard's pilot must NOT destroy the helis, because they will respawn again close to the Velum plane and the cycle will start once again.
RASHKOVSKY DYING AFTER PLANE CUTSCENE BUG
This bug is really hard to deal with. Your best bet is to restart the heist from the nearest checkpoint and count that this bug won't happen.
SOLUTION:
Restart the heist entirely OR try this:
during this take we have reached the "jump-out" position from the space "under" the marker. We were climbing up with plane getting altitude, not going down from above. Maybe that's the case. If not, then restarting the heist entirely must help.
Always remember to start your heist in invite only session. It provides you an opportunity to load (after a heist or preps) much faster to the online freeplay mode than waiting ages to join populated session. It also eliminates the chance to get the contact with modders/cheaters/and other scum that can't play and uses hacks to boost his ego.
