Members of the Perth Amboy Fire Department dig holes underneath the train tracks in order to stretch numerous lines through.
Fire Department crews, EMS, HazMat, OEM crews from at least five different counties were operating at this drill.
This drill was to simulate an actual oil refinery fire if it were to ever happen. The skills these men and women use here will provide useful if the situation ever escalates to this big of an event. Hopefully not!
