Convert To Rinex (ConvertToRinex) to convert .T02 files to Rinex GPS GNSS
ConvertToRinex is a Windows application that allows you to convert files from Trimble's native formats, such as DAT, T00, T01, T02, T04, RT17, and RT27, to RINEX formats versions 2.10, 2.11, 3.02, 3.03, and 3.04. It also supports RINEX 3.14.
