TPS2RIN to convert .tps files to rinex GPS GNSS
TPS2RIN is a Windows application that converts native TOPCON GNSS receiver files, such as .TPS, to RINEX versions 2.10, 2.11, 3.02, 3.03, and 3.04. RINEX 3.14 allows you to perform many operations and edit the generated RINEX files.
