DooM II music - MAP 9 THE PIT (DOOM II) ( OPL )
My first video on Youtube. I guess I picked the best song of DooM. Why OPL? OPL (2 or 3) is the soundchip found on the AdLib and soundblaster cards. And this OPL chip created the DooM and DooM II musical atmosphere so many of us loved and still love. The reason why this is up on Youtube is to bring back the oldschool sound instead of the very boring MS GS Wavetable versions floating around.
I love the OPL sound. I love DooM. And I am pretty sure I am not alone. That's why this is on the world wide web.
