SDSI OPEN ♯1. Kuldiga, Latvia, June 16, 2023
SDSI OPEN ♯1 is our first public talk and networking event aimed at increasing the outreach of the programme and engage in networking among students, faculty, industry experts. With this, we aim at establishing a tradition of SDSI OPEN series at least once a year.
In the first edition of the conference, which took place in Latvia, Kuldiga, on June 16, 2023 we are proud to present brilliant speakers and experts, including the President of Service Design Network prof. Birgit Mager from Germany, Christian Lindqvist - Design Director and Expert at McKinsey & Company, Sweden, Krista Korpikoski - lecturer and and a PhD candidate from the University of Lapland, Kristaps Banga - Accenture Europe Space GTM Lead, SPACE Ecosystem & Partnership Lead, Head of Innovation Accenture Baltics, Eva Liisa Kubinyi - guest lecturer/ junior researcher at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Tommaso Corà - Innovation by Design Lead at Tipic & co-author of "Futures by Design", Anda Lerha - senior project manager at the Kuldīga business incubator of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, as well as the first SDSI programme graduates - our students Sigrid Öhrling (Finland), Laura Volkonovska (Latvia) and Paula Grasmane-Laše (Latvia).
