For user dont know SketchUp but knows CAD 2D
from the CAD LT user's point of view
for simple 3D, draw directly in SK, for complex, it's great to draw 2D in CAD and then convert to 3D in SketchUp

SketchUp Mouse operation:
Orbit - hold mouse wheel
zoom in/out - scroll forward/backward
Pan - shift + mouse wheel
left arrow key, up arrow key , right arrow key
spacebar = select
inside the move tool- press ctrl key once, allows you to copy
