I published videos and blog posts (links below) about my daughter’s enuresis a few years ago and it was time for an update. I hope you enjoy this video. Please remember that I am not a medical professional or an enuresis specialist; I am just a mum who’s done a lot of reading and tried a lot of things.
Things that help my daughter:
DryNites: I buy them in bulk because it works out a lot cheaper. Here are the ones I get: https://amzn.to/3r20YA4 (this is an affiliate link so I will get a small commission if you order them).
Having a clear system in place for sleepovers and overnight stays (large pyjama bottoms or a long nightie with leggings, a DryNite, plastic bag to dispose of it and bring it home the next day, Cheeky Wipes)
Mattress protector: we have a protector on each mattress in our house but also have a disposable mattress protector under my daughter’s fitted sheet. We use these ones: https://amzn.to/3CLUVSe (affiliate link).

We also tried reflexology with the wonderful Katie at The Reflexology Hub Berkhamsted and it seems to have helped my daughter a lot. You can find Katie here: https://www.thereflexologyhubberkhams...
Things that work for a lot of children but didn’t help my daughter (as well as things we didn’t try):
“lifting” out of bed and taking her to the toilet in the middle of the night
restricting drinks before bedtime
vibrating watch that works as a reminder to go to the toilet: This is the one my daughter has but she’s a very heavy sleeper and never wakes up. WobL Watch - 8-Alarm Vibrating Reminder Watch PINK - https://amzn.to/3cGnpT4 (this is an affiliate link).

Medication didn’t help my daughter but I know a few people who managed to keep their enuresis under control with it. “Desmopressin is a medicine which ‘tops up’ the body’s levels of the hormone vasopressin. This is the hormone which tells the kidneys to produce less wee at night.” (ERIC - see link below)
