Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar - Our Review | Horbiter®
In our first in-depth review, we tested the Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar, the latest and most advanced collection in the series of watches that debuted T-Touch technology in watchmaking. The Swiss brand has developed a new collection that combines the standard features that have made these models famous and original—touch technology—with the concept of connectivity already familiar from wearable tech and smartwatches. Connectivity is essential today, but Tissot has once again crafted a product that evokes the idea of a predominantly analog product, featuring materials typically found on mechanical watches, but adding features and an app that make it an enhanced T-Touch. Unlike many other players on the market, and at the same price, the Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar does not suffer from the obsolescence typical of fully digital models and also uses a proprietary operating system developed entirely by companies in the Swatch Group, allowing the brand to remain independent from the technological monopoly of Big Tech.
