This is Maggie. Locals passed by Maggie all her life without lifting a hand to help. She’s been shooed away, spit on, and even kicked and stoned for simply existing. Locals wanted her and the rest of the strays gone so no one would feed her. Starved, her body ate away at all the muscle and fat it could find, leaving her skeletal.
She’s now a vibrant, beautiful girl, ready to ditch the shelter for good. She’s come this far on her healing journey because of your kindness and generosity.
