Hack School 4: APIs and Databases
This is the fifth workshop in our quarter-long Hack School series of workshop focused on full-stack web development. In this workshop, we introduced Express.js to build API routes for our Finance Tracker, and we introduced MongoDB as a way to store and persist our data.
Hack School is a quarter-long web development bootcamp teaching development with the MERN stack. There will be roughly one workshop every other week, each focusing on different aspects of developing a full-stack web application. In this year's Hack School, you will develop skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Git, and an understanding of software development using GitHub and VSCode (or your choice of IDE).
