I let someone tell me who I was: 1 week off my ADHD meds

I'm posting a video that I posted a few days ago on my new channel, Sarah Writes and ADHDs. I plan to continue posting content now both on this channel and my other channel @SarahWritesAndADHDs
I started a new channel when I had this wonderful channel with almost 900 subscribers. Why? It partially has to do with the content of this video. I'll explain at some point.
For at least two years, I thought I was broken. I was made to believe I was. I thought I needed medication to get through my day and to be a functioning human being. NOPE.
