Joker: Folie À Deux Is Frustrating (Review)
My review several days later -
After sitting with it for the weekend, I gotta say it’s a lot better after digesting all of the more frustrating parts. Definitely still can be very frustrating, and I still have major problems. But I really respect how they went there. Arthur Realizing that it’s not worth being Joker is an amazing idea. Instead of getting the super villain we all wanted we got a more realistic approach to this character. The most frustratingt part for me is that i want to like it so badly, but simply can’t. The ideas are there just the way they executed it, especially with thr pacing bothers me so much that I have no clue if I even liked it or not. But peopke that have been saying it’s horrible is kinda being a lil too harsh because it’s not a bad movie at all. Just extremely frustrating…
Oh and I cannot stop listening to the soundtrack 🃏
