In my riding clinics, we go over tire setup in the morning. The most common question I get asked is "How much air pressure should I be running?" I find that most of the people in my class are often running more air than they need in their tires. I wanted to address this in a video in hopes that it helps some people! This is especially important for the smaller/lighter riders but it still applies to all riders.
