Japanese Bushings for Toyota Highlander XU40
Original Japanese bushings, not assembled with control arms, fit Daihatsu (a Toyota subsidiary). I won't comment on Japanese quality; you already know everything. But if you want to go to the trouble, go with the control arms; it'll only cost you a pretty penny. There's no point in overpaying for a control arm just because the bushing is cracked when you can get the original separately. There are Chinese Febest bushings, which are of terrible quality, and Korean ASWA bushings, which are above average, but certainly not Japanese. Therefore, if you're replacing your bushings, go with the original Daihatsu; you won't regret it.
