AcuraLink Won't Connect Fix
If AcuraLink won't connect with the AcuraLink App on your smartphone, this is likely the fix. I purchased a 2024 Acura Integra and when I attempted to setup AcuraLink, I received the "Unable to communicate with your vehicle. Turn your vehicle OFF and try again after 20 seconds." error message. This error message appeared after I scanned the Acura's VIN using the AcuraLink App. This is what I did to make AcuraLink work!
