FTX Ravine / Danchee Ridgerock 3D printed crawler upgrade
Welcome (back) to RC Modders! I've been developing a range of 3D printed upgrade kits in partnership with a fellow 'modder' - Hal - from Virginia in the US. We have mainly been working on the 1/16 Bruder plant, the 1/16 LGB based garden railway stuff as well as Roc Hobby and FTX RC models. He lives in a place called Buggs Island - so we have named this joint venture Modderbuggs!
All of our kits are 3D parts only - to keep costs down. We are offering free mainland UK and US postage. In the first place we are not planning to send to the rest of the world - that might change. The pricing of the kits is based on £4/$5 per hour - to cover materials, energy costs, misprints, cleaning up prints (support removal) and our time. Purchases can be made by emailing us at [email protected] where payment method will be advised. Kits will be printed to order on a first come, first served basis in each of our countries and payment will not be taken before each kit is ready to be posted.
Our first offering is this very basic conversion to the FTX Ravine / Danchee Ridgerock (from Red Cat). In stock form it is an amazing little buggy - at an astoundingly cheap price. With its MOA (Motor Over Axle) set up it already performs well, with the upgrades shown in in the video its unbelievably good!
