I am CONSTANTLY meeting people who tell me they have an account but "don't know how to use it". There are 500 million registered Twitter accounts, but only 140 million regular users. That proves my theory that Twitter, although one of the most popular social media platforms, it also one one of the most confusing or intimidating to many many people.
