I might be going against the norm on this one, but I've always thought consistency is overrated. Now, some people thrive in consistency. I dare say, those people can't function without consistency. A lot of pressure is placed on us to be consistent. In some people's eyes, you will amount to nothing if you do not clock in at your desk everyday.
But when you have a more creative personality, consistency can be a liability. There's one thing I think you need to be more than consistent. Watch this video and let me know in the comments if you agree.
