I wrote this about my relationship with the internet, more specifically in regard to social media and mental health. I find it endlessly fascinating how the times I feel completely sane and 100% present/healthy always come when I'm removed from social media/the internet. I try to spend very little time online other than sharing music and in 2022 I made a big switch when I realized that it was impacting me so negatively - I suppose this song is a window into my thoughts during that period.
