OBS Studio Stopping Recording Stuck FIX
This fixes the encoding error in OBS Studio which causes it to get stuck on "Stopping Recording," resulting in crashes and/or lost footage. This fix is for OBS users with NVidia graphics cards, as the issue seems to be with the audio encoder in the latest version of GeForce Experience, but studio and game-ready drivers.
