Fix GPU 100% usage in Task manager when idle, Nvidia driver version 522.25, 526.47 and 526.86
if you see that the GPU usage is constantly at 100% in the task manager, don't worry, your gpu if fine, in fact if you notice the gpu temperatures remain at idle values. the problem is the latest Nvidia driver version 522.25 which somehow conflict with the windows Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling feature. To avoid seeing this problem in the task manager, disable the Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling feature
