Exploring UX Research as an Engineer - Snigdha Petluru
It’s gratifying to see hours of code lead a successful launch and subsequent user adoption of the products that we build. While a significant portion of engineering time is focused on perfecting fail-proof solutions, there’s often an underlying curiosity about our users, and how our solutions address their needs. This talk is focused on exploring the world of the user as an engineer. We will chat about User Experience Research as a career, uncover which Engineering skills come in handy for this new role, and discuss strategies to acquire new skills as you consider exploring this world.
