How to use TimeClock 365 inside Microsoft Teams app
How to use TimeClock 365 inside your Microsoft teams application:
1. Install the app go to the apps section inside Microsoft teams, search for TimeClock 365 and click on “add”.
If you already registered, you can click on login and enter your credentials. If not, register a new account.
2. Creating users. Log in to live.timeclock365.com. If you are using single sign on, just click on log in with Microsoft and it will log you in automatically. If not, use the credentials you have received via email.
To create a user, Go to users, click “add new user” enter the full name and the email of the employee and set his permissions. If you are not using single sign on, select the box “send password by email” and save. If you are using SSO, just save this profile.
3. How an employee can start tracking his time on the Timeclock 365 Teams app:
Install the Timeclock 365 app
Log in with his credentials or in case of SSO, click the “log in with Microsoft button”
punch in when he starts working, punch out when he stops
