Rust — multiplayer computer game in the genre of survival simulator, developed by an independent British Studio Facepunch[1], previously created Garry's Mod. Rust was originally developed as a copy of DayZ. The developers were also inspired by the game Minecraft. Rust Legacy and Rust Experimental are very different graphics. Currently, the creators of the game tend to naturalistic colors and phenomena such as weather (added rain, fog). The Experimental version updated animal models, removed zombie animals, changed the health of different animals, changed the construction system — removed the half-blocks, added double doors and hatches. Doors themselves must now be created separately, depending on the type of door (it is impossible to improve the door to a higher level). The stability of the buildings has been worked out, and rotting has been added not only to the building blocks, but also to other objects, such as sleeping bags and tool cabinets. Most of the items that are in Rust Legacy are also transferred to Rust Experimental, but some have been removed or changed. The new version has more types of different armor, from clothing from animal skins to armor from road signs. Now the map is procedurally generated. This means that there is now no single game card on each server. The character's thirst and hunger scale has been changed, and metabolism has been reworked (fast running or physical work makes the character starve).
