http://www.thefndc.com/charro-negro-r... The Charro Negro is a tequila based drink that is traditionally consumed during the Day of the Dead (aka Dia de Muertes). This drink is deceptively simple, tequila, cola, lemon juice, and rimming salt are the only ingredients. Ironically, these components target the four distinct tastes: the tequila is bitter, the cola is sweet, the lemon is sour, and the salt is salty. I feel that the simplest drinks are often times the best, and this is no exception.
CHARRO NEGRO

Juice of half a lemon
1 oz blanco tequila
4-5 ice cubes
About 6-8 oz cola
Margarita salt
Lemon wedge
