Navigating Life Postpartum 💛 This is a mini documentary of my Postpartum story (+ life update) and how it has been navigating, healing, recovering, transforming, and blossoming in Postpartum as a new (& first time) momma. This has been a passion project of almost 2yrs of my motherhood journey--I have a toddler now!! I touch on topics such as healing through mothering, experiencing postpartum depression, rage, anxiety, and loneliness. Parenting without parents and hiring our village & how we have navigated this journey of challenges yet embraced the transformation.
