Popcorn Relay in KSP.
Requested in response to the corn-on-the-cob relay, a popcorn relay. Once you're in the approximate orbit desired, spin 'er up and stage. Et voila! 97 new relays! Over time, they will spread out and cover the entire orbital band... or become lots and lots of space debris.
