Discover the Garmin Connect custom integration
In this tutorial I'll show you how to use the Garmin Connect custom integration to have all your sport metrics in Home Assistant.
We'll also explore how to create two automations based on such metrics to get notified about the last sleep score and when your body battery is getting lower than a predefined threshold set.
