Weekend laziness, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, makes you even lazier on Mondays. Actually, weekends should rejuvenate you and not drain you.
My student, who was experiencing laziness on weekends, asked this question. But watching videos on 'laziness' is not going to change anything unless you work and move yourself first.
