A new tab we have created is the auto-assign tab, this tab can be found by going to settings then auto-assign.
This tab is used so that when you activate the automatic assignment all our incoming conversations, they will be automatically assigned to an available agent.
In this tab we can carry out two functions, firstly a random automatic assignment and in which each time a new conversation enters, this new conversation will be assigned to any of the agents that are active.
Secondly, we can also include agents who are absent, that is, agents who are out of the office or not active.
It should be noted that this is only for new incoming conversations.
