The Crisis to Care Collaborative (CTC) is a first-of-its kind initiative to transform behavioral health crisis response in Erie County. CTC is supported by the Lee and Tower Foundations and unites municipal and county government, law enforcement and emergency services, health care and behavioral health providers, advocates and people with lived experience.
