How to Turn On Your Android Smartphone Without (Broken) Power Button
If your power button stopped working, you could get it replaced of course. But if you're like me, just want to use it as a spare phone, then there are ways to keep using your phone without having to replace the broken power button.

2) wake your screen up without using the power button
3) Lock your screen without using the power button
hopefully these methods let you use your phone if it is intended as a spare phone, or even if you're just waiting for the spare power button
