My first hoist mission.. my opinion.
I would have liked some communication from the crew on board. Because there is no communication you need to use external view instead of cockpit view.
When the cable is lowered they don't adjust it anymore so you need to go up and down with the helicopter to adjust it. There are some things that could be made better in the future. Until now the only hoist missions are at sea.
