An ASMR-triggering video? What's this? 🤔
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.
🤯 I think I lost you there... Okay, let's just say that these are the reactions that occur in your brain when you're confronted with different stimuli from the 5 senses...
And of course, the goal here is to expose you to as many pleasant auditory and visual stimuli as possible... to relax... or even help you fall asleep (some sleep disorders... mild ones, eh! Otherwise, you'll need to consult a doctor... can be treated by ASMR triggering).
That's why you'll find different pleasant noises in these videos: whispers, crackles, microphone brushing noises, etc....it's weird, I admit, but effective! 😉 So, go ahead and try it, you have nothing to lose!
However, to fully appreciate them, you need to listen to these videos with a pair of headphones (the sounds need stereo - we call it "binaural"), and you can even just listen to the sound (and not look at my face, that's good too 😂 )
