Playing Grand Theft Auto 5 on a new MSI GTX 960 G2 Gaming Edition (2GB VRAM @DDR5).
No issues whatsoever, no stutter or anything. Although you will be limited to the amount of quality you can have, due to the fact that this is 2GB vram variant.
Keep in mind, the default settings have VSYNC on, so you will most probably want to disable it to get better fps.
