Making a Gear - Very Satisfying - Surprisingly relaxing
This was my experience learning how to make a gear!
Making a helical gear on a WWII era machine can be surprisingly relaxing and satisfying. This gear is being made through a process called hobbing. I have always been interested in learning how a gear is made. I actually had the opportunity to make this gear and I actually found it to be quiet relaxing.
