SCS Ion Pro™ Benchtop Ionizer – Product Overview
The SCS Ion Pro™ Benchtop Ionizer uses new Ion Gauge™ Technology to yield optimal neutralization efficiency by utilizing an ion collecting plate to sample both balance and discharge time. Its fast discharge times and ±3 volt offset voltage exceed the required limits of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ESD TR53. The ionizer will alarm should its offset voltage exceed the required limits defined by ANSI/ESD S20.20 or discharge time take longer than 4.5 seconds. It also provides network communication with Static Management Program (SMP) to collect and report the status for balance and discharge time. This will provide immediate notification of alarms. The Ion Pro™ Benchtop Ionizer features a stainless-steel enclosure and multi-mount stand to minimize contamination and corrosion when used in clean or sensitive areas.
