TRUE-TO-TYPE V2 consists of 108 stably inherited single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) developed from a panel of 2,280 SNPs distributed across 16 pseudo-chromosomes in the oil palm E. guineensis genome. The SNP markers were generated from a wide range of genetic backgrounds, involving at least 22 families & 2,301 palms.
