Custom Frame Rates in Premiere Pro! (Tutorial)
Want custom frame rates in Premiere Pro? All you need to do is download the pack (link is below) and import the clip/frame rate you want to create a sequence with. Then, make your edit. Done? Head over to the export window (CTRL + M) and double or triple your original frame rate and select the option closest to it. For example, I'm using an 18 FPS sequence. Triple it and it becomes 54. There is an option for 50 frames per second. A 4 frame difference, and it's better than doubling it (36) and choosing 30 FPS (a 6 frame difference). Once done, hit export. You now have an edit at a custom frame rate!
