728 lbs + 1 Rep Max Pick Could Have Did More!
728 lb one rep max pick based on those 12 reps. Could have done more (50-100+ reps) but not trying to be too greedy. It's a good start, adding weight slowly is also good. Felt my arm after that one a bit so perhaps it was good to take it slow.
